Vision Building Workshop Set for Northwest Arkansas

The Arkansas Department of Education (ADE) and the Environmental and Spatial Technology (EAST) Initiative are pleased to announce a Vision Building Workshop for Arkansas schools considering implementation of an EAST program. On Thursday, January 31, 2013, the workshop will be held at Sonora Elementary School in Springdale, Ark.
Geocaching With EAST at Fountain Lake

EAST at Fountain Lake High School was asked to produce a how-to presentation on geocaching by the Hot Springs Village Computer Club. The EAST students involved in the geocaching project decided to go a step further and produce a video on geocaching.
